About
Mo Baldwin
MBA, PCC

As a guide for leadership and strategy in corporate and nonprofit environments for 30 years, I recognize that true leadership is more than a blend of technical ability, organizational savvy, and interpersonal skill. Leadership is a combination of self-knowledge, an intuitive grasp of the business landscape, and the ability to take decisive action confidently. During our work together, my clients look inward to define aspirations and values, look outward to understand their business environment, align their strategies, and move forward with confidence and conviction.

Clients have valued my ability to disentangle the challenges inherent in leadership with a warm heart, a ready wit, and actionable insights. I partner with those I work with to create an atmosphere in which leaders can address complex and sensitive issues positively and productively. My executive and junior clients consistently describe our work together as enlightening, invigorating, and liberating.

“As a leader, the higher you go in an organization, the fewer people there are that you can confide in. That's where having Mo is so vital. Even with your peers, you can only say so much. Leadership is a very human experience, and it's great to have someone to go through it with.”
